Pricing calculations are customized to each user’s requirements. Generally, charges will depend upon the consumption or usage that is recorded from the meter reading entry. Optionally, a customer's charge may be based on a flat rate fee. A customer might be billed for water only, sewer only, water and sewer or metered sewer. This will depend upon the billing code in the customer master file (W/S/B/M).
