If your meters have the Leak Detection option then after your meter download you will have the option of printing Leak Detection Letters to be mailed to the customers who have leaks.

The program will first ask some questions to define who you want the letters to go to.

The letters will print in the format of your choice, informing the customer that they have a leak, and whom they should contact to discuss the problem.  

The customers accounts will have a status set so that for the next 14 days, whenever the accounts is brought up in customer file maintenance a warning like the following will display…

A message will be inserted into the customer notes to indicate that a letter was sent.

In customer maintenance the LS – Leak Status option will let you View the Leak History for the customer.
