This program is used to upload the readings from an outside source from a file that now resides on your PC into the current billing file. For example, the readings done by your local water company may be sent to you and then this program will take those readings and create bills.

After this process is performed you can print your invoice register and do your normal invoicing process. Any bill created through this procedure may be modified using the enter meter reading program.
