This program can be used to recalculate all of the bills in a given range. This would usually be used when original bills calculated incorrectly. This might be due to forgetting to enter a rate change or another policy decision that effects the calculation.

Note: All bills within the range will be recalculated including any bills that may have had charges manually overridden.
