Mail Customers / Ship to addresses

During the invoice or order process a new customer may be added to the master mailing list.  First a search would take place to determine if the customer is already on file.  If not the following screen would be used to capture the new customer's information.  This routine may also be used to modify the existing customer record.

If the customer has any notes then these will be displayed now.

A credit check will be performed on the customer.  The credit will be checked for any overdue balance, any credit status flag.  If the customer AR Balance will be checked against that customer's credit limit.

If the customer has an order or invoice on file already a warning will be printed and that previous transaction may be processed.

A Ship-to address may be supplied for this memo, or may be selected from one already on file by entry of a number or '?'.  A supplied address may be added to the permanent file by answering 'Y' to the question 'Add? :'.

This will default to 'N'.
