This options causes AUI_CONTROL to automatically maximize any newly created dialog which is larger than the screen size (for single monitor systems). The intent is to help existing dialogs conform better to net book and tablet environments whose screens are smaller than the dialogs were originally designed for. Maximizing in this case actually reduces the size of the dialog, and scales all the controls within it accordingly.
If the dialog is small enough to fit, but is partially off the screen, it is shifted so as to be entirely visible.
