This option is the maime.ini equivalent of SET LONGDIR, which causes DIR.LIT to use the 10.3 format by default. Note that you need DIR.LIT 3.0(135)+ and SET.LIT 1.2(145)+ for the LONGDIR option to work correctly. This option was added to A-Shell in Build 934 of 14 June 2005.
