(UNIX variants only) This option causes A-Shell to output raw tab characters rather than converting them to spaces. It would only be useful if your terminal emulator had some kind of special tab handling feature.

When all A-Shell nodes are in use and another user tries to log in, A-Shell displays a message saying that all the nodes are in use, [CR] to continue. A-Shell then permits the user into the system after displaying the message "%Operating in demo mode for support or admin purposes."

To defeat this option, and thereby prevent use of the "support or admin" node, use the OPTIONS=RIGID line in the miame.ini file.
