For file mode, this flag indicates that the first line of the file contains the coldef specification. If XTF_COLDFX is not specified, then the line is assume to be in the Simple Multi-Column Syntax. Otherwise—i.e., XTF_COLDFX is specified—then it is assumed to be in the advanced COLDEF syntax.
