Pick Up or Delivery

Enter whether on this ticket the customer wants the container delivered or if he will pick it up.

Date Scheduled

Enter the date that the container is scheduled to be picked up or delivered. This will put the ticket on the dispatching schedule until the container has been delivered. A calendar date picker may be displayed by entering a question mark (?).

Driver

When the driver is known then his initials should be entered here. A pop up of all of the active drivers initials is available.

Date Delivered or Picked up

When the container is actually delivered or picked up it can be entered here.

Name and Address

The Name and address of the delivery point should be entered here. This will be used for the dispatching system. It will be used to plot the directions in Google Maps. It will be used by the dispatching mapping system.

GPS

If the destination is not an address but rather a GPS Coordinate then the Latitude and Longitude should be entered here and that will be used to for plotting the directions in Google Maps and the dispatching mapping system. The GPS coordinates can be copied and pasted from Google Maps or other source.
