Does anyone know of an am62a.tis source file which will properly tic under Red Hat 7.1? The am62a.tis we use under both SCO and AIX will not compile without errors. While Jack at Microsabio points out we only actually need a tic'able driver if we are working outside of Ashell (because within it it uses its own internal am62a Ashell driver), you just never know when you will need to invoke the lovely vi editor.

Hi Scott, I agree with you, you never know when you'll have to go back to vi in case of emergency. We use two files to properly work under Unix/Linux with legacy programs. One to tic under the desired OS and the other to paste directly into termcap. If you need them, I will be more than happy to send them to you because this bulletin board doesn't accept files for security reason. The other way would be for me to paste them in my message.
Tell me what you want.

Denis,
If you would be so kind as to email them to me, I'll post them on the A-Shell web site.
Thanks - you're now the official "Roi de TERMINFO"!

OK, the updated terminfo/termcap source for am62a is now on the documentation & other misc downloads page of our website (http://www.microsabio.com/misc_a-shell.html)
Thanks again to Denis.
