I have moved onto a new computer and when I bring up the forum all of the messages are "unread" Red as opposed to Blue.

How can I do a global "mark as read"?

I know it seems like a lot of work, but we all have to go through it:

Get a small artist's paintbrush and a jar of blue paint, and carefully paint all the old messages. After a while, your new computer will figure out the scheme, and it will start turning the old ones blue for you.

I've poked around a little, Gary, and I think you just click on the forum topic one time, and that turns the forum title text blue. If that doesn't work, go with the paint...

Does anybody have any suggestions I just brought
the forum back up and all the main group headings
have turned back to RED since I did not go in and
read all. I guess.

Hi Gary, I dont see any 'red' read or unread, are we talking the 'light bulbs? I believe theses are stored in the 'browsers' cookie and marked as read when you return to the page (after it was closed down) but I could be getting the wrong of the stick (question) here...

ah! OK, I think I see what you mean now.. (just they are more Orange than red on mine) and from what I can tell they only changed once clicked on.

Must admit I never really use this to identify the 'read' items, I use the 'light bulbs'
