Does anyone know if or how it is possible to adjust the column width (or number of columns displayed) on ZTERM CE device? It has an option to adjust the number of rows, but it isn't clear what controls the column view, if anything.

I just looked at some of our documentation dated back to 2003 where we setup some ZTerm's on Pocket PCs’s (for stock picking and scanning), these run in 10 rows x 40 cols, but all I can find is:

Emulator -> Set Terminal Rows to 10

There is nothing to do with columns, from what I can see, maybe it defaulted to 40.

So, sorry that’s really not much help, maybe I should download a trial version again and have a play...

If you have a tall screen (320x480) and you have the option of switching to landscape mode see if that changes the number of columns. Not exactly program control (unless ZTERM CE has a code to do that and the driver has that code in a TCRT) but maybe that can be done to get more columns.

Of course it would be nice if there was a way for the program to find out the screen orientation.
