I guess I'll have to put my 2 cents worth in here.

I display xtree within a dialog box and some time back, on an A-Shell update, the sizing of the xtree changed and instead of a single column border between the xtree and the right edge of the dialog, I had several columns between the xtree and the right outer edge of the dialog box. I bit the bullet and changed all my logic to make the xtree fit the dialog again.

Now, with an updte from 5.0.984.2 to 5.0.984.4 I have the same thing happening. The right hand border is several columns wide instead of one. Do I need to go thru my programs again, or is there a "fix" needed in A-Shell?

No, don't change your programs. At least not yet. Since I don't know why the display changed, I can't very well be sure that it won't change again. And obviously the goal, especially in the "stable 5.0 release", is for patches to not break anything, so I rather fix it properly.

If possible, give me all the relevant details (or the entire program). Perhaps, all we need are the dimensions of the dialog (and any associated options from the Misc and Dialog Sizing dialogs) and the parameters passed to the XTREE.

Just tried again. This time I zipped the attachments, so maybe it will let it thru.

No, it's strickly display. I'm not advanced enough to use editable cells yet!

I think it has to do with altpos. The best I remember, that was the issue last time.

Still no message received. I get plenty of large zipped attachments, so I don't think that is the issue, unless you're talking about tens of MBs. Also, I got a message from Stuart this morning, and one from Gregg a couple of days ago, so perhaps you can ask one of them to forward it. Or, call me and I can walk you through FTPing it to one of our servers.

I sent it to the microsabio address this time like Gregg did. Last couple of times I sent it to the pacbell account. Maybe I'm out of the loop on your email address!

The attachment is only 174K.

That worked. Indeed, please use the microsabio.com address unless for some reason there is a problem with it. The pacbell address was just a backup, but apparently it now needs a backup of its own.

FYI, the 984.7 update seems to have resolved the issue.

5.0.984.9 seems to solve the issue nicely. Thanks.
