Good morning,

We are having an issue with PDF-X 5.5.312.1 and ATE 6.5.1631.0. When attempting to use PDF-X, A-Shell causes a GPF and closes. It works fine in version: 6.5.1626.2. If you would like, you can connect to my VM where the problem is visible. Also, this problem does not appear to exist in Windows 7, but does in Windows 10 1709.

Thanks,
John Andreasen

Can you email me a sample print file that crashes? (I've tried a few simple ones here under Win10 with the same PDFX driver without problem, leading me to suspect that it is related to some specific directive.)

Jack,

Sorry for the delay, but I have now emailed the print files to you.

Thanks,
John Andreasen

No problem, as you can see I've got my own delays to apologize for.

I don't think the issue was specific to a directive, or even to PDFX, but I do *think* it may be fixed (along with a couple of other things) in 6.5.1631.2. Now available from a Check-For-Updates near you.

This morning, I updated my machine and the customer's that I had discovered this problem on to 6.5.1631.3, and it is fixed. Thank you Jack.
