Good day -

This has probably been discussed ad-nauseum but just had an incident the other day so i thought i would bring it back up.

Had a corrupt jobtbl on one of our large linux/ate cloud servers. We were able to clear it by finding a job that was still logged in and accessing our utilities. Even systat/z was hanging. So the problem is this: Since when we access the system its thru ATE, the first thing it does is launch ashell, which then dies. In case of an emergency the only way out of the "escape room" is to find your way to linux outside of ATE and navigate to the jobtbl and erase it... *IF* you can find the linux root login.

SO i was was wondering if when ashell displays the message of the jobtbl being corrup and to contact Jack - is there some backdoor way to have the login process just reset the jobtbl? Or say hey, your F^#%#! If you want to continue working type OK to clear the environment? Maybe you could ask for some Bitcoin or something for the key?
