This function has both a [subroutine and a print tab implementation](subroutine-print-pairs.htm.md). **Parameters** _opcode_ 0 (MXOP\_GET) to retrieve and 1 (MXOP\_SET) to set. On retrieval, the returned string will contain "flags,url" (current webcache flags and repo url). _flags_ is a decimal number containing the WCDF\_xxx flags _url_ if specified, is the web directory for the repository. **Response:** For _opcode_ 0, none.
