**xcall MIAMEX, MX\_PRINTERR, errnum**

MX\_PRINTERR (MIAMEX 28) outputs the standard error message associated with the last processed DDB error.

**Parameters**

_errnum_  ([Unsigned Int](integer-unsigned.htm.md))  \[out\]

Receives the so-called DDB error code. 

**Comments**

Note that the DDB error codes differ from the ASB error codes returned by [ERR](err_system_def.htm.md) and are typically only relevant within System Commands, which, although now written in ASB like other application programs, were originally developed in assembly language apart from the ASB error framework.
