This routine is for mailing reminders when the due date for a payment is approaching. It uses a new "standard" mailing form that is readily available. Burrell's form number for this is MP1-406. There is an optional payment message printed on the reminder if an agreed payment has been made. The text of the message will be: "Your agreed payment is".
