In January 2025, MicroSabio took over some aspects of the software business operated by Gary Guilbert / SBC, Inc. The arrangement, initiated by Gary and accepted by MicroSabio with no formal contract or financial arrangements, was for the purpose of providing support to the existing users of Gary's AlphaPawn Software (APS) product. Since APS requires MicroSabio's software product A-Shell, and since Gary and MicroSabio have been working together for many years, all parties thought that this would be a fine arrangement. MicroSabio would provide support to Gary's old customers in exchange for their annual support fees, and Gary could retire in peace knowing that his customers were being taken care of.

Part of that process involved MicroSabio putting Gary's APS documentation into a form that was accessible via the web and was searchable. There are two documents in question:

The APS User Guide can be accessed here: https://www.microsabio.net/dist/dox/aps/00aps1.html. The User Guide was the beneficiary of a fair amount of organizing and formatting work, so it looks and feels like a standard web-help document.

The APS System Documents material, that you are reading now, is here: https://www.microsabio.net/dist/dox/aps/sys/00aps2.html. It has not been formatted at all, and has been organized only at the chapter level.

Both documents are fully searchable.
