At the beginning of each chapter there will be a paragraph called "DISCUSSION". This paragraph will describe the module with particular emphasis on understanding the theory of how and why data are processed. The discussion paragraph is not intended to replace a formal training session, it is written to refresh the user, on how the data interacts. The next section of each chapter will be the descriptions of the specific routines. These will be maintenance routines, update or processing programs, and reports. Additionally each file will be discussed including key field(s), other field descriptions, valid entries and how they are used.
