This documentation, converted from an older physical manual, contains this introduction, the chapters, and the appendices. The first six chapters correspond to the six menu selections on the master menu screen. This means that if the operator is working in Store Management which is the 4th selection on the master menu, then Store Management will be in chapter four. Each chapter begins with a subject discussion. This discussion gives an overall theory to the subject so that the user may understand what is happening during a particular routine. Chapter seven discusses additional routines and capabilities that are not specific to a menu, for example manual operations during an electrical outage. The appendices contain standard information such as state abbreviations, menu structures, a glossary of terms, color and rifle action abbreviations.

The new user should briefly scan through the appendix and table of contents to know what information is available, then refer later to a section for a detailed knowledge for more information when needed. The system was designed with a very consistent structure, once the operator learns a particular procedure, that knowledge will generally apply to similar routines in the system.
