Texas Loan Disposition Report
The Texas OCCCC examiners usually request so see this report. It should be run about the 20th of each month for loans that were created 4 1/2 months ago. The report will display the correct month to be run on the screen (it may be changed to run a different month). For example in the month of October, the report should be run for loans created in June.
If a store prints extensions, then a supplemental report will also print that shows all loans that were created before June that had a final disposition in June.
Daily Activity Standard Police
This report is used by multiple police departments instead of collecting the carbon copies of the original pawn tickets. It is very similar to the Tennessee Police report.
Daily Activity Tennessee Police
This report was requested by a police department in Tennessee. It has become a standard requested report in other states as well as Tennessee in that it contains all the data about each loan.
ATF Firearms A & D Report
In 2016 the ATF, sent a notification that the A & D binder is no longer needed. A thumb drive or other portable storage device may be used to give the ATF inspector the firearm records. There is a document included with the APS documentation that describes this option.
This report prints on an 8 1/2 x 11 layout and is intended to be three hole punched and put in a three ring binder. This routine resolves the problem of of having an up to date printed copy of the acquired and disposed firearms, always available in a binder. The routine prints ONLY those pages which contain firearms that are changed. The routine can also print selected ranges of firearms. Note, 1) a particular firearm number will always print on the same page number of the printed report, 2) the report will NOT start at page one, the first page number of the book will be the assigned firearm number divided by eight (there are eight firearms per page).
Create Transfer File for Police
This routine will create an output file in the folder designated by E – A – G field 30. The name of the report will be displayed on the screen.
Send Transfer File to PC folder
The Send Transfer File has been eliminated because the Create Transfer file puts the file into the designated folder.
Texas OCCC Pawn Business Growth
This report will show the total loans made by quarter from the year and quarter entered through the current quarter. This report is normally requested by the examiners during an audit.
ATF F 5300.5 Acquired Report
This report is now out of date because the firearm data can be sent to a thumb drive.
This report may be asked to be printed by an ATF inspector. This is in addition to the A & D book (three ring binder) that need to be perpetually maintained.
ATF Multiple sales, form 3310
This report searches for customers that have had firearm multiple sales within a five day period. The beginning date of the search can be entered by the operator. The form ATF 3310 is used to report any sales that are reported.
