AlphaPawn User Guide

Use this routine to quickly search for all the past loans for a particular customer. The input fields are the last name, first name, loan status, and months. The last name (or partial last name) field is required; the TAB key may be used in the first name field, the loan status, and the months field.

Use the first name field to reduce the number the loans displayed the operator may enter a first name or just use the 'TAB' key to say 'ANY'. The more letters entered for a last name speeds the process of finding the person's name, however, if a name could have originally been misspelled then use fewer characters and more names will be displayed. This customer profile months parameter is used to limit the search to a past number of months. If 6 is entered as the number of months parameter, then only loans made in the last six months will be displayed. The months default value is set in the customer profile month’s definition E-A-G-20.

Once the operator finds an old loan, the "I" may be pushed to jump to the loan program.
