The security system table is a list of all the menu selections, their record numbers, and heir access values. The "Record" number associated with each item is the number to be entered when using the Table Maintenance routine. The value on the right is the minimum value that an employee must have to operate the routine. The following sample shows a partial list of a section of the report.
