A quantity item is one that the shop may have many of, but are all exactly alike and have the same stock number greater than 1000. Examples are VCR movies, pistol holsters, and CD's. These would be entered as quantity items into inventory. In the stock number field the stock number for the item would be entered. This would bring up a complete description in the item fields. Enter in the sale quantity field then number of items to be sold, then enter the sale price. Finish the sale as usual.
