Only one terminal session can access the parameters at a time. Push the ESC key on all other workstations to return them to the main menu before accessing the store parameters. If they are not, Error 37 message will be displayed, "users have programs running; return all to main menu before the STORE, NAME, RATES may be selected." This eliminates the chance of a loan being written while another operator is changing parameters, and causing the last loan number counter to be not in sequence with the preprinted numbers on pawn tickets. The STORE NAME, RATES, SALES, PRINTERS menu selection displays a second menu, called the STORE INFORMATION MENU. The store information routines maintain the standard information and option selections used throughout the APS system. They are selected from a menu, see the display below. These option fields, once set up, will seldom need modification.
