The transaction & sales slip messages print on the sales slip or are displayed to the operator.
Lines 1-4 are printed on all sales slips.
Line 5 is only printed on sales slips.
Lines 6-9 are internal messages that are displayed to the operator to aid in the entering of jewelry transactions. These lines are displayed on the bottom of the screen as a "help" message when each field of jewelry is being entered.
Usually lines 1-4 are used to print the hours and days that the store is open. In addition these fields can be used to advertise upcoming sales, specials, or other messages of timely interest.
