The disk assignments table allows the user to spread data files across either logical or physical disks. Enter the disk assignment in the form DSK##, where "##" is one of the valid logical disk numbers. This feature was required on smaller disk drives. With the very large disk drives available, this feature is no longer needed. But, the logical DSK00 must be entered in all the field that are not prefilled with MPPN. .
The other field is "Valid Disks" and it must be filled with DSK00 as well.
