Even though the operator asks the customer, "ok, you want to make this loan?" and the customer replies "yes,"there will always be customers that change their minds after the ticket is printed.
A loan may only be voided on the same day that it was made. This allows the operator the capability to void a loan when the customer changed his mind after the "Y" was replied to the question "ENTRY COMPLETE" and a loan was created. There are three steps involved:
1.Inquire for the loan
2.Enter "V" to designate that the loan is to be voided
3.Write "VOID" across the ticket and file normally
